1. If I had a business, it would be in the cake industry and my target audience would be people who like minimalistic cakes/cupcakes for birthdays.
2. By serving their wants instead of needs.
3. There isn't just one since a lot of people prefer customized cakes instead of a standard design.
4. I would run 4 different ones throughout the year since I would do seasonal flavors.
5. No, it is a very open field.
6. Word of mouth and I would have a signature design that can be customized but still recognizable.

    I also agree with your answers! I found your proposal for minimalist cupcakes interesting; it is something that I have not seen much and more the part of being able to customize the orders, I think that this last aspect is something that many people look for in a product.

    I also responded with "Word of mouth" to the last question. I feel that for companies that are not so big it's the best way to start being known.
